How We're Structured
GYDA is governed by a Council, which convenes annually or during major decisions. Between sessions, Governing Board works as standing council to ensure continuity and oversight.
Advisory Body provides expert input, while the Executive Body manages daily operations and project delivery.

The Governing Board
serves as standing council
The Governance Board, comprising senior professionals from international organizations, media, law, and finance, oversees the operations of GYDA during the Council's recess.
It is also responsible for organizing Council meetings and ensuring the implementation of its resolutions.
